    AvantLink Refer URL

After switching over to https: we lost all ability to see where our clicks come from within our own website. However AvantLink is able to track the # of clicks and the sale? What am I missing here?

    Any thoughts here?

    I saw this article. – https://makandracards.com/makandra/15931-browsers-will-not-send-a-referrer-when-linking-from-https-to-http

I believe this is similar to another thread we had. As we are now https and avantlink is not for all their tools?

    https avantlink

This needs a deeper look, becasue I see one https referrer in my reports from last week. TrailsNH is HTTPS compatible, but I don’t redirect all of the traffic over to it.

    https

One workaround would be to add a custom tracking code (CTC) to your affiliate links. It should be pretty easy to update the API/PCW I built to include the page title or page name as the CTC.

Thanks for looking into this Kim,

I created a support tickets with AvantLink and added the link to this page. Moving into the holidays it will really help increase sales and conversions on certain pages if we knew were the sales were coming from, better yet what products are selling?

I can’t be the only person needing this data, can I?
